At Artusx, we treat every order as a delicate commission. Each fragrance, mist, and jewelry piece is meticulously inspected and securely packaged in our atelier to ensure it arrives to you in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to prepare your ritual before dispatch. During peak seasons or exclusive archive launches, processing may require an additional day. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping We offer complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders over $[Amount]. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our atelier, you will receive a precise tracking link via email.

3. International Shipping & Customs (DDU) We are proud to serve a global clientele. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Important: All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the client is solely responsible for paying any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country’s government. Artusx has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Artusx cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs clearance. If the carrier’s tracking indicates that your package was “Delivered,” Artusx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We advise ensuring your delivery location is secure.
