RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a purveyor of intimate skin scents and delicate oils, Artusx maintains the highest standards of hygiene and quality control. We want you to be absolutely captivated by your purchase, but we must adhere to strict sanitary guidelines to protect all our clients.

1. General Return Conditions We gracefully accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following absolute criteria:

The product must be entirely unopened, unused, and in its original pristine condition.

The original protective cellophane seal and packaging must remain completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any signs of opening, use, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Items For the peace of mind of our clientele, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Any fragrance, mist, or oil that has been unsealed, sprayed, or tested.

Items purchased during promotional sales, private archive events, or marked as “Final Sale.”

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your ritual arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at [Your Email, e.g., pro@wqyhr.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage. We will expedite a replacement or refund at our expense.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs To initiate a return, kindly email our Client Care team. Please note that the client is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
